Requirements for CNC-Software in production and training are increasing and so do operating conditions for our products (operating systems, hardware and applications) are changing faster and faster. IT-administrators have to include software across multiple networks, users want to be able to use software improvements immediately instead of waiting for updates, service cases with ever-changing requirements have to be solved quickly while merchants need planning security over the years.
In order to meet these requirements and to be always up-to-date with our products and be able to use them smoothly, we are now treading a new path:
SYMplus™ combines all our previous products of the plus-series from production and training in one interface and name. The software is built modularly and is licensed modular. You can add modules, simulators and licences in a clear structured scheme.
Particularly with SYMplus™ you will get automatic access to all future patches and updates with new features, privileged support on our ticket system, online support directly through the software.
The plusCARE™ minimum term is two years, starting from the date of delivery of the software license and is then automatically renewed for one year unless terminated in writing at least 3 months prior the expiration of the contract. Within the plusCARE™ contract period, you will receive a corresponding invoice each year from the date of the initial order.
